Edison upset because we received the news that Kai and Eli had passed away.
My rocket was taking off but I wasn't in it... someone was stealing my rocket!
A heavily pregnant Sadie.
Jett and Rory bonding over a game of Don't Wake the Llama.
Sadie looks shocked that I'm a little chonky.
A quick workout fixes that.
Willow, Rory, Otto and Edison watching the New Year's Eve countdown.
Then THIS happened - my rocket crashed!
This old woman SURVIVED stealing my rocket!
It seemed like she had a death wish, because she then helped herself to our pool.
She was exhausted and started to drown.
And drown she did.
Otto was shocked. Rory didn't know what he was walking up to.
Otto, Astrid, me and Rory watch on.
Then my old friend Grim showed up to do his job.
We had been friends for years. He had reaped some of my children at this house, so we were old chums. We had never flirted before now though.
What a scene. When you have your first kiss with the Grim Reaper standing next to your ravenous cowplant whilst being attacked by bees.
I knew it was fate that the old biddy chose to die in our pool. The Grim Reaper was just who I needed to round out my challenge. He was to be the last father to my last baby, my 100th.
We got to it in a never-before-seen location on my homestead.
I was pregnant for the 69th and final time! Baby 100 was on its way!
I broke the news to Grim and Jett. Jett was silently happy that the deed I just did with Grim was going to be the last time I would do that with anyone other than him.
Then I maxed out the Robotics skill!
Then I completed the Grilled Cheese aspiration!Ah, this would be the last time I experienced morning sickness. I was going to miss it.
Rory and Edison became BFFs!
Who is that? It's Jett with a new hairstyle and a shave! Now that I was having my last baby, he was moving in.
He was Childish, so he loved playing with the dollhouse. That third trimester feeling! This will be the last time...
Mentoring Willow in writing.
Astrid and Otto hanging out with the Flower Bunny.
And then it happened.
Jett went into pre-parental panic, despite not being the biological father. I can't pinpoint how long I've known him (a long time, since at least before I had Baby 64). But Baby 100 was the first birth he was going to witness. He wasn't even at the birth of his own sons, Babies 75 and 76, Wynn and Floyd, as is standard. I had to assure him that it was okay, I had gone through this 68 times before. This would be the 69th and last time.
I was a real mixed bag of emotions. I was happy to be finishing my challenge and having my 100th baby. I was also sad that this was my last pregnancy and birth. I was excited to meet my new son or daughter. And I was smitten with how adorably Jett was reacting.
He was running around in a panic, nervously laughing at the same time.
He felt my tummy: "See you very soon, little one."
Willow: "Jett, are you okay?"
Jett: *Ross Geller voice* "I'm fine!"
I couldn't believe this was happening. I was about to give birth to my 100th baby. This was it. It was nearly four years in the making. Babies 1 and 2 were born in October 2017.
Here is me during my last (and 69th!) labour.
And here is me during my first labour! I was so young, naive and skinny! My first pregnancy resulted in fraternal twin boys (ah, remember Arlo and Asher?). And my last pregnancy resulted in...
A singleton girl! My 50th daughter and 100th child! I'm so happy that I ended up with 50 boys and 50 girls, without influence!
Baby 100 is Freya Blanche. I thought Freya was appropriate, given her paternity. Her middle name is to honour my inspiration, Blanche Bloom, who attempted the 100 Baby Challenge in The Sims 3. After the save file became too corrupt at 44 babies, ~creator~ moved on to The Sims 4, and a young girl named Arden Westbrook became her new matriarch... little did she know, she would actually complete it.
Jett was smitten and it melted my heart to see my soulmate loving on my baby. He was a good egg.
I bet you didn't know he was Selvadoradan? I was looking though old photos and the first time he showed up was on a trip to Selvadorada before I had Baby 64 Linus. I obviously didn't pay much attention to him at the time, but he kept showing up throughout the years, and we became friends. For some reason, he didn't age, just like me. Then I finally utilised him and had Babies 74 and 75 with him. He likes to sing Selvadoradan folk songs to us.
Just a bit of Jett appreciation.
